  • When can I pick up my orthopedic insoles?
    The completion time for orthopedic insoles is approximately one to two weeks, unless a cost estimate has to be submitted to the health insurance company. The exact time can vary within this period depending on the current order volume. If you have already had your new insoles fitted, you have received an appointment card with the completion date. From this day on, your insoles will be ready for collection at any time in your nearest branch.
  • Are you open for lunch?
    Of course. The Fischer Fussfit team is there for you Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. In addition, our "Burglengenfeld" and "Regensburg | Gewerbepark" branches are also open on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. You can find a detailed overview of the opening times, directions and parking situation at our branches on our homepage.
  • Where is the nearest Fischer Fussfit branch?
    In order to always be close to you, we cover the Schwandorf and Regensburg districts with our four branches in Burglengenfeld, Schwandorf, Regensburg North & Regensburg South. Please note that "Fischer Fuss Fit KG" in Amberg has no connection with us.
  • Benötige ich einen Termin?
    Für Bewegungs- und Haltungsanalysen, orthopädische Maßschuhe oder Flachstrick-Kompressionsversorgungen wird in jedem Fall ein Termin benötigt. Bei orthopädischen Einlagen, Rundstrick-Kompression, Bandagen und Orthesen empfehlen wir einen Termin zu vereinbaren, um Wartezeiten zu reduzieren. Termine können ganz einfach hier in unserem Online-Portal vereinbart werden.
