FOOT TRAINING 5: Heel spur


  • Lacrosse ball (Available in our stores)

  • Slight elevation (stepper/stair step)

  • Hand towel

  • Theraband


  • Achilles tendon stretch on step

  • Big toe mobilization in quadrupedal position (stretching the plantar tendon)

  • Pulling the foot up with Thera-Band (strengthening the shin muscles as antagonists of the plantar tendon)

  • Calf raises with towel (strengthening the calf muscles and stretching the plantar tendon)

  • Foot helix (mobilization of the foot structures)

  • Foot push (activation of the flexor hallucis longus to anchor the big toe)
