EQUIPMENT:
Lacrosse ball (Available in our stores)
Slight elevation (stepper/stair step)
Hand towel
Theraband
PROCESS:
Achilles tendon stretch on step
Big toe mobilization in quadrupedal position (stretching the plantar tendon)
Pulling the foot up with Thera-Band (strengthening the shin muscles as antagonists of the plantar tendon)
Calf raises with towel (strengthening the calf muscles and stretching the plantar tendon)
Foot helix (mobilization of the foot structures)
Foot push (activation of the flexor hallucis longus to anchor the big toe)
