  • Theraband

  • Slight elevation (stepper/stair step)


  • Foot helix (mobilization of the foot structures)

  • Foot push (activation of the flexor hallucis longus to anchor the big toe)

  • Foot hold (big toe anchored despite knee movement)

  • Hip activation (activation of the hip rotators)

  • Short foot (combination of all movements to straighten the longitudinal arch)
