PROCESS:
Bend and stretch toes (activation of the foot muscles)
Spread your toes (activation of the foot muscles)
Toe pointing (activation of the foot muscles to straighten the transverse and longitudinal arches)
Foot crawling (activation of the foot muscles to straighten the transverse and longitudinal arches)
Foot bridge (activation of the foot muscles to straighten the transverse and longitudinal arches)
