FOOT TRAINING 1: General strengthening

EQUIPMENT:

  • Lacrosse ball (Available in our stores)

  • Notebook or similar

PROCESS:

  • Bend and stretch toes (activation of the foot muscles)

  • Spread your toes (activation of the foot muscles)

  • Toe pointing (activation of the foot muscles to straighten the transverse and longitudinal arches)

  • Foot crawling (activation of the foot muscles to straighten the transverse and longitudinal arches)

  • Foot bridge (activation of the foot muscles to straighten the transverse and longitudinal arches)
